Honors 394: Science, Art, and Activism

Learning goals are to 1. equip students with an understanding of the scientific, geographic, and social context necessary for describing and mitigating global climate change impacts in the Arctic and 2. Enable and encourage students to build environmental literacy for their everyday lives as individuals and community members.

This class coincidentally lined up perfectly with my intentions for my Senior Project. It was heavier on the science than expected but it opened me up to the responsibility as an activist to get your facts straight.
